Brazilian jiu-jitsu brings physical activity and problem-solving together. You explore positions, learn movement and work on techniques through practice.
For a first visit, you’ll join the regular instruction planned for that day. There is no separate introductory lesson.
For students ages 13–17: a parent or guardian must remain onsite throughout class. No drop-offs.

Requesting a free week does not start a membership. If you decide to enroll, adult and teen membership uses a 12-month agreement billed monthly.

FROM REQUEST TO THE MATS
Your first visit, made simple
Choose your class
Request a free week with the program and weekday that suit you. There is no automatic booking.
Wait for our confirmation
The gym owner reviews your request and normally follows up by text. Please wait to hear from us before attending.
Come 15 minutes early
After confirmation, wear athletic clothing and sign the waiver onsite. A loaner gi is subject to availability. You’ll join the regular lesson for that day.

What should I wear?
Athletic clothing. A loaner gi may be available, subject to availability.
Can I attend as soon as I submit?
Please wait for confirmation from the gym owner before attending. A preferred weekday is a request, not a reservation.
Can teens train without a guardian onsite?
No. Students under 18 must have a parent or guardian remain onsite during class.
What about Saturday open mat?
Saturday at 1:00 PM. Contact us about participation; it is not a free-week trial selection.
